This course focuses on enabling you to do the following:

- List the interfaces that you use to manage ONTAP software
- Configure ONTAP for file access by using the SMB protocol
- Manage data access control through permissions and authorizations
- Configure multiprotocol NAS access
- Configure home directories automatically
- Implement auditing of SMB file access events by using ONTAP functionality
